- Your information may be shared with our trusted Lending Partners for the purpose of loan processing.
- Lending Partners may fetch your CIBIL or other credit bureau reports to assess your creditworthiness.
- Lending Partners may contact you through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email for verification, documentation, and loan discussion.
5. Document Collection and Field Verification
As part of the loan process, you understand and agree that our Lending Partners may:
- Request financial documents such as ITR, bank statements, GST returns, salary slips, KYC documents, business proof, etc.
- Conduct telephonic verification related to your application and documents.
- Conduct physical/field verification at your business address, office address and/or residential address, if required as per their internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
6. Safety & Fraud Prevention Advisory
For your safety, please read and follow the below strictly:
- Do not share any OTP, UPI PIN, internet banking password, card PIN, CVV, or any other sensitive banking credential with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from LoanYatra or any lender.
- LoanYatra.in does not ask for any payment, transfer, or deposit for loan processing, approval, or disbursal.
- Do not pay any amount to any individual or third party claiming guaranteed loan approval.
- Any processing fees, insurance, or other charges (if applicable) are collected directly by the Lending Partner into their official accounts only, as per their policy.
7. No Guarantee of Loan Approval
- Submitting an application through LoanYatra.in does not guarantee loan approval.
- Approval, rejection, loan amount, interest rate, tenure and all other terms of the loan are decided solely by the Lending Partner based on their internal policies, eligibility criteria, documentation, and credit assessment.
- We do not influence or control the decision of any Lending Partner.
8. Third-Party Links and Content
- We may provide links to websites, applications, or content of third-party lenders or service providers.
- We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of such third-party websites.
9. Limitation of Liability
